Membership is confirmed on receipt of this completed form and payment of the annual fee.

 

Data Protection 

By completing this form, you agree that your details will be held on computer record for the purpose of administering the club and communicating with you regarding the club matters. Your details may be shared with committee members but will not be passed on to any third parties without your permission. It is a condition of membership that you give your permission to hold such record.

Risk Management

The club does not insure your personal equipment. All meetings and events are risk assessed. You are expected to take responsibility for your own and others' safety and not undertake any activity where you do not feel safe or competent.

Letchworth Garden City Camera Club is a club organised for, and run by adults. Anyone under the age of 18 years old who wishes to join must be accompanied to all meetings and events, by a parent or responsible adult, who will be responsible for their safety and wellbeing. All club communications will be sent to the parent/guardian and the club will not contact the young person directly.
